Shipping Policy
1. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email along with an invoice. The tracking number will also be shared via email. Additionally, updates may be sent via email. To ensure you receive all communications, please add infodulona@gmail.com to your address book or monitor your spam folder.
2. Delivery Time
The delivery time for in-stock products is typically 6-11 days. Please note that processing time can take up to 3 days. Dulona partners with various shipping companies to ensure you can always choose the fastest and best option. Orders placed over the weekend are usually processed on Monday or Tuesday. Please be mindful of products with exceptional delivery times or those that may not be in stock. If you have a specific deadline for your order, it's best to plan well in advance. Delivery may be delayed until the order is complete.
3. Unexpected Customs Delays
In rare cases, when a package is coming from abroad, customs may hold it longer than usual. If this happens, we kindly ask for your patience, and we will keep you updated on the expected delivery time. Dulona cannot be held responsible for the consequences of these delays.
4. Address Details
The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Even if the order is manually processed, the customer must verify that the information is correct. If an incorrect address is provided, this is the customer's responsibility. Any additional shipping costs for retrieving the package or for loss of the package are borne by the customer. When a payment link is created for the customer, they are also responsible for verifying all details (product type, size, variant, quantity, and delivery address).
5. Receipt of Goods
We are not responsible for receiving the goods. You are responsible for being present or ensuring someone is present at the time of delivery. If multiple delivery attempts fail and the package is taken to a service point, it is your responsibility to pick up the package on time or authorize someone to do so. You are responsible for regularly checking the tracking code to see if you missed the delivery. If the package is not picked up in time, it will be returned to Dulona. It is possible to have the package reshipped, at the customer’s expense.
